Our History
Total Fire Systems was founded in 1990 by industry experienced individuals who became frustrated with big company priorities and lack of customer attention. It was our opinion in 1990 which has been reinforced over the years that our business requires a collaborative effort between our customers and our company to create opportunities for new product development and innovation. Maintaining a constant awareness of the wide variety of new technologies keeps us ahead of the curve. As a result, we are the industry leader in vehicle fire suppression electronics and have produced innovative designs for industrial, military and commercial applications.
What We Do Best
Total Fire Systems employees are encouraged to think out of the box. This includes our manufacturing, purchasing, human resources, and certainly engineering group. While we work within industry standards, we constantly ask ourselves how things could be improved. We’ve developed innovative combustible gas sensors, control panels, and thermal sensors. Our manufacturing equipment, processes, management, software systems and employee training are maintained to be cutting edge and world class.
