ADVANTAGE24 FIRE CONTROL PANEL

The Advantage24 Multi-Detection and Releasing Panel provides unique and flexible fire detection and suppression in industrial control environments.  The Advantage24 as part of the Advantage product family is the latest evolution of years of rugged mining, transit, and military electronic control panel design development.

ADVANTAGELi DUAL DETECTION & RELEASING FIRE CONTROL PANEL

The AdvantageLi control panel provides two separate detection and releasing zones. Two wire Class B  supervision is provided for Detection, Manual Release and Agent Cylinder Pressure Switch zones. The AdvantageLi control panel supports spot thermal, linear thermal on each of two detection input zones.  The AdvantageLi control panel may be remotely programmed for Detection and Releasing Zone  mapping including cross zoning and auxiliary relay timing and operation.

Power to the AdvantageLi control panel is provided by two Lithium Thionyl Chloride batteries. The  Li-SOCL2 batteries can operate for up to one year on the primary battery and includes an identical  secondary backup battery as a UL required backup power source.

Multiple optically isolated relays provide up to 1/2 Amp switching capability and interface to auxiliary  relay modules for additional switching and logic functions. Auxiliary relay modules may provide high  current switching capability for solenoid operated gas valves, remote fans, etc. A dedicated set of  FACP contacts allow for supervision of the AdvantageLi control panel via remote FACPs or other  control devices. The AdvantageLi panel is constructed using RoHS compliant materials throughout.

ADVANTAGEDC 24 VDC POWERED DUAL DETECTION & RELEASING FIRE CONTROL PANEL

The AdvantageDC control panel provides two separate detection and releasing zones. Two wire Class B  supervision is provided for Detection, Manual Release and Agent Cylinder Pressure Switch zones. The AdvantageDC control panel supports spot thermal or linear thermal on each of two detection input zones.  The AdvantageDC control panel may be remotely programmed for Detection and Releasing Zone  mapping including cross zoning and auxiliary relay timing and operation. Power to the AdvantageDC control panel is provided by an external 24 vdc power source. A single 9 vdc Nickel Metal Hydride rechargeable battery provides power backup for the AdvantageDC control panel logic. Multiple optically isolated relays provide up to 1/2 Amp switching capability and interface to auxiliary  relay modules for additional switching and logic functions. Auxiliary relay modules may provide high  current switching capability for solenoid operated gas valves, remote fans, etc. A dedicated set of  FACP contacts allow for supervision of the AdvantageDC control panel via remote FACPs or other  control devices. The AdvantageDC panel is constructed using RoHS compliant materials throughout.  Optional part numbering schemes provide for a front cover mounted manual release switch.

ADVANTAGEGS SENSOR

The AdvantageGS sensor provides detection of less than explosive levels of combustible gases designed specifically for indoor use with Energy Storage System (ESS) applications. The AdvantageGS sensor and supervisory control panel may be used to provide combustible gas sensing with up to four separate zones. Each sensor is supervised for continuous operation and monitored for response to combustible gases present in the airflow. The AdvantageGS combustible gas sensor is factory calibrated and will detect both Methane and Hydrogen gas from 0 to 100% with a 5% operating tolerance. No field calibration is required. Periodic sensor testing is performed using calibrated gas applied directly to the sensor. Each sensor includes temperature compensating electronics allowing for a wide operating temperature range. This sensor design and control electronics have been successfully used in thousands of heavy duty vehicle applications worldwide. The AdvantageGS sensor and control panel are designed for installation inside of an ESS, protected from rain, snow and ice.

ADVANTAGEGS SENSOR Combustible Gas Detection Control Panel

The AdvantageGS control panel monitors up to four separate individually zoned combustible gas sensors. AdvantageGS sensors provide early detection of combustible gases at less than explosive levels and are designed specifically for indoor use with Energy Storage System (ESS) applications. AdvantageGS sensors are positioned in locations where combustible gases may originate or accumulate. Each sensor is supervised for continuous operation and is monitored for response to combustible gases present in the recirculating airflow of an ESS. Lithium batteries will off gas a number of toxic and combustible gases which include Methane and Hydrogen prior to thermal runaway. AdvantageGS combustible gas sensors are factory calibrated to detect both Methane and Hydrogen gas from 0 to 100% LEL with a 5% operating tolerance. Periodic sensor testing may be performed using calibrated test gas applied directly to the sensor. The AdvantageGS control panel responds to sensor input and provides annunciation and initiates outputs used to control fans and vents. This proven sensor design and control electronics are currently used in thousands of heavy duty alternate fuel applications worldwide.
